The Kids and Cops Christmas Event provides underprivileged children from the Tucson community with the opportunity to shop with officers at a local Target store.  Each child is given $100.00 to spend, and the goal of the Event is to give children a chance to spend positive, personal time with a police officer, while assisting them in getting much-needed items for the winter and the holidays. In past years, we have found that these children do not just shop for toys, but for clothing, jackets and other much-needed personal items.
